Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the day-to-day operations for our Identity & Access Management – Data Services function.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that native User data is aggregated to Onecert, adhering to documented processes and timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure User data is refreshed periodically to Onecert, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review, etc.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload User lists to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and adhere to established escalation processes to source User lists.
  • Fulfill requests from business stakeholders to source User lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams to source User lists, understanding application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight and mitigate risks pertaining to IAM processes and compliance.
  • Support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
  • Undertake periodic reviews and exercises related to Application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implement enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excel VBA and Macros certifications.
  • English language proficiency.
