  • Participate in project movement activities, support team initiatives, and objectives.
  • Facilitate resolution of issues by working closely with cross-functional teams.
Operational Excellence
  • Plan, execute, and manage deliveries for enterprises across industries.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects matching or exceeding set quality standards.
  • Monitor capacity utilization on projects and supply talent accordingly.
  • Mentor, train, and lead a team of project managers and supply leads.
Client Delight and Operational Efficiency
