Job Title: Automation Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that drive business value.

  • Designing and implementing automation solutions using various tools and technologies.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and collaborate on project deliverables.
  • Developing and executing test plans to ensure high-quality automation solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize automation projects and optimize resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Solution Design and Implementation
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Test Plan Development and Execution
  • Resource Optimization

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of payments Business and/or Technical Analyst experience in Capital Markets and financial industry with specific expertise in Swift and Fiserv payment platforms.
  • Drafting end-to-end test cases, test scripts, across SWIFT CPBR+, RTGS.
  • Management of testing & non-production environment for each test phase.
  • Running QA & UATs with business & technical groups and ability to triage and articulate defects.
  • Experience integrating JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in both Waterfall & Agile project environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with payment hub & routing systems: Fiserv EPP, GTX, Prowide, BESS, etc.
  • Experience in SWIFT ISO/CBPR+ adoption, Swift MT-MX message creation, transformation, and enrichment.
