Job Title

Job Description

The Digital Transformation Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing process efficiency, improving accuracy and reliability, and elevating customer experience through skilled teams. This position is expected to deliver significant value by strengthening governance and system controls, embedding standard processes into ERP systems, and promoting digital tools and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Design scalable automation solutions applicable across geographies and business units
  • Train and enable citizen developers and Automation CoE teams to implement reusable solutions
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact through proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Support large-scale automation projects and contribute to solution architecture
  • Ensure all automation solutions are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with governance standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
