A strategic Financial Leader is needed who can balance creative ambition with financial discipline and support bold decisions with solid numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all things finance: FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting.
  • Owning strategic financial planning and partnering with leadership to drive business growth.
  • Building financial models that help see around corners and make smarter decisions.
  • Leading investor and board reporting with clarity and confidence.
  • Owning audits, compliance, and legal coordination with external partners.
  • Building a small but mighty finance function that scales with the business.

Requirements:

  • CA with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups or e-commerce.
  • A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics.
  • Strategic finance chops – think big and long-term.
  • Experience building financial systems and models from scratch.
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without losing accuracy.
