Senior Financial Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Director to lead our financial strategy and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop Financial Plans: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, focusing on capital structuring and fund-raising through equity and debt instruments.
  • Foster Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies, to secure project financing and ensure competitive terms.
  • Negotiate Loans: Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, optimizing terms to meet business objectives.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to maintain a healthy financial position.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions Support: Collaborate with the M&A team to ensure alignment with business growth strategy, including project finance and refinancing activities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to domestic and international financial regulations, minimizing risk exposure.
  • Financial Modeling: Prepare and present detailed financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide critical financial insights to inform decision-making processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles
  • Proven track record of successful financial planning and execution
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Mastery of financial modeling and analysis tools
  • Knowledge of domestic and international financial regulations
