Role Overview:

The Business Intelligence Executive will oversee the management, analysis, and reporting of critical business data across departments. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and distribute regular business intelligence reports for senior management.
  • Design dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variance analysis for performance tracking.

Analysis & Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Support senior management in business forecasting, planning, and cost optimization initiatives.

Process Improvement:

  • Design, develop, and implement automated reporting solutions to reduce manual efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes and data quality.
  • Recommend system/process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance & Accuracy:

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to compliance standards and internal audit requirements in reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot tables, Macros) , Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with accuracy in numbers and reports.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and complex reporting structures.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
