Job Title: Senior IT Infra Monitoring Expert

Our company is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Infrastructure Monitoring Professional to join our team.

  • This role requires 2-5 years of experience in monitoring and maintaining large-scale IT infrastructures with excellent communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to monitor, acknowledge and alert customers proactively throughout the shift in a 24x7 environment.
  • A strong understanding of Jira ticketing tools and ability to communicate effectively in English (US) with clients, ISPs, and vendors is essential.
  • Familiarity with Datadog, PagerDuty, Meraki, and setup of alerts in these tools is required.
  • Experience in integration and setup of Datadog agents in QNAP NAS, print server host, and VM devices using Datadog agents is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Datadog collectors, forwarders, APM agents, and datadog.yaml files setup is required.
  • Ability to set up on/off call shifts with escalation policies in PagerDuty is essential.
  • Relevant hands-on experience in setting up PagerDuty with Datadog and Meraki dashboards is necessary.
