We are seeking a Performance Optimization Specialist to ensure the optimal performance of our digital solutions and technology consulting services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and gathering non-functional requirements, deriving NFR-based statistics, and creating scenarios for various types of performance tests.

You will have extensive knowledge and experience with JMeter (API) and LoadRunner (UI), as well as working knowledge of tools like Postman for API and AppD/Graphana for monitoring.

Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to provide well-written documentation, including performance test plans and test summary reports.

In this role, you will conduct performance testing for on-premises and cloud-based software solutions that consist of web, client, and mobile technologies.

Your hands-on experience in test estimation, test data setup, and defect management will be valuable assets in this position.

Additionally, you will have knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab. If you have proficiency in testing concepts/standards, Agile methodology, and basic knowledge on infra capacity planning, it would be a plus.
