Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Optimizely Configured Commerce to lead delivery, solutioning, capability building, and practice growth. You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee architecture and development, and build new capabilities aligned with emerging growth areas and client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead delivery and solutioning for Optimizely Commerce Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

- Mentor and manage technical teams, fostering adherence to best practices in architecture, coding, and deployment.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and objectives.

- Proactively monitor and optimize platform performance, scalability, and security to drive efficiency and productivity.

- Stay current with Optimizely product updates and industry trends to drive innovation and progress.

- Analyze customer data to uncover insights and improve return on investment (ROI).

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.

- Provide guidance and technical leadership to developers and engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

- Participate in discovery/requirements workshops to design optimal solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.

- Drive pre-sales activities, including proposals, demos, and showcasing capabilities to secure new business opportunities.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team, promoting certifications and professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 15+ years of strong technical industry experience with a proven track record of success.

- 8+ years in technical leadership roles, including 2+ years with Optimizely Commerce Cloud, driving business growth and expansion.

- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C commerce domains, with expertise in crafting innovative solutions.

- Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration and project delivery.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Optimizely certifications (Developer or Architect), demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence.

- Experience with headless commerce and composable architecture, enabling flexibility and scalability.

- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and A/B testing tools, driving data-driven decision making and business growth.

- Exposure to frontend frameworks like React or Angular, enhancing user experience and engagement.
