Job Description

  • Develop innovative strategies for multiple brands across various industries by conceptualizing campaign plans, crafting compelling copy, and providing creative direction.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative concept development and pitch materials to effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients for campaigns and scripts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in creative work and pursue industry recognition through awards and accolades.
  • Report to the Creative Lead for direction, feedback, and references, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on tasks ranging from social media posts to annual campaign strategies, promoting seamless collaboration.
  • Provide visual guidance to the graphic design team, ensuring cohesive brand visuals.
  • Break down project briefs for junior creatives to ensure efficient workflow and knowledge transfer.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines, prioritizing project success.
  • Promote projects through all production stages from idea to final product upload, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct research on brands, competitors, target audiences, and stay updated on industry trends and online news to inform creative decisions.
