This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Creative Director. We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead our design and marketing efforts.

We're seeking someone with exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in video editing, graphic design, and Webflow.

  • Video Editing: You'll be responsible for creating engaging video ad creatives that drive real inquiries through effective funnels, CRO, hooks, and copywriting.
  • Graphic Design: You'll work closely with our clients to develop their visual identity and create static ad creatives that capture the audience's attention.
  • Funnels and Webflow: You'll build complex funnels in Webflow for TRU and its clients, ensuring seamless user experience and maximum conversions.
  • Copywriting and Analytics: You'll compose nurture email sequences, track analytics, and manage organic growth across social media platforms.
  • Videography and Content Creation: You'll produce high-quality, engaging videos, write long- and short-form content, and edit e-books and other lead magnet resources.
  • Data Analysis and SEO: You'll set up pixels, heat maps, run data-driven CRO experiments, and coordinate with SEO partners to optimize search engine rankings.
