The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring recruitment best practices are followed, and providing back-up coverage for the manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mandatory experience in FMCG Sales volume hiring
  • Acts as primary interface with hiring managers, human resources, and other key stakeholders
  • Provides daily workload prioritization and tasks as a Recruiter
  • Consults with hiring managers and follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics
  • Leads initial consultations with hiring managers on requisition definition and sourcing strategies

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years recruiting experience in FMCG Sales Volume/ Bulk hiring
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
