We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Team Lead to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI/ML solutions across computer vision, NLP, LLMs, time series forecasting, geospatial AI, and more. This is a unique opportunity to lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ML engineers & data scientists.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ML engineers & data scientists
  • Architect, develop, and deploy ML/AI models into production-ready systems
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions
  • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest in ML, DL, and LLM advancements

**Requirements:*

  • 5+ years in ML/Data Science, with 2+ years in leadership
  • Proven expertise in multiple ML domains (CV, NLP, LLMs, regression, classification, time series, geospatial AI)
  • Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools
  • Experience integrating ML into real-world products

**Nice to Have:**

  • Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, Detectron2, or OpenCV
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes/Airflow
  • Contributions to research or open-source projects
