The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for both Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Civil works. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert cost advice, drive project success, and ensure accurate budget management.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of ten years' technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy. A proven track record of pre-contract experience, good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a collaborative and inclusive work culture, commitment to sustainability, and access to a global network of experts.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy, with proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and related software. Familiarity with cost estimation software such as CostX is an added advantage.
