IT Professional Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional to join our team and provide technical support, system administration, network management, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, as well as Google Workspace / Office 365 administration, VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide remote assistance for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • System Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Network & Security Management: Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data. Perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates.
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration: Suggest and implement improvements in IT processes and workflows. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support remote deployments and field devices when needed.

A strong communicator with excellent documentation and problem-solving skills is required for this role. The ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones is also essential.
