We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fired Heater Equipment Engineer to join our team at Integrated Personnel Services Limited.
This is a challenging role that requires expertise in fired heater, incinerator, flare stack, boiler, and other fired equipment technologies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of reviewing and clarifying specifications, ITB documents, and material requisition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- EPC experience longer than 8 years for various items and technologies
- Expertise in incinerator, flare stack, fired heater, boiler, and other fired equipment
- Reviewing and clarifying specifications, ITB documents, and material requisition processes
- Troubleshooting and meeting with clients, licensors, and vendors
- Knowledge of burner, refractory, fan, blower, lube oil system, air preheater, and auxiliary items
- Control, instruments, and logic for fired equipment
- Combustion, emission, and mechanical engineering knowledge
- Responsible for coordination, management, shop inspection, site construction, site commissioning, and site operation
- Will to work overseas for extended periods
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in EPC projects
- Proven expertise in fired heater, incinerator, flare stack, boiler, and other fired equipment technologies
- Strong understanding of control, instruments, and logic for fired equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
