Job Opportunity:

  • Design Expertise: Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop innovative plumbing and fire fighting systems, ensuring seamless integration into overall project designs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD and REVIT software to create detailed designs, perform hydraulic calculations, and select equipment for optimal system efficiency and code compliance.
  • Documentation Skills: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including layouts, schematics, technical specifications, and reports in accordance with relevant local and international codes and standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to address technical issues and support smooth project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of design deliverables to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Site Evaluation: Carry out site inspections to assess existing conditions, verify installation quality, and ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.
  • Project Delivery: Manage plumbing and fire fighting design components from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MEP Design in commercial and residential buildings
  • Experience in Project management and MEP coordination
  • Thorough understanding of Indian and international codes and standards
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope
