Electronics Engineer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Electronics Engineer to fill this challenging position.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze electronic devices and components for design feasibility.
  • Evaluate testability and generate reports.
  • Develop simulation models and create analysis reports.
  • Create guidelines and checklists as per customer requirements.
  • Generate reports according to findings and standards.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define requirements and rules.
  • Maintain adherence to process targets.
  • Timely generation and dissemination of reports to stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members and guide them towards effective deliverables.
  • Train new and existing team members on relevant software and tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis to expedite issue resolution.
  • Prepare KPI reports for weekly and monthly operations review.
  • Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Skilled in PCBA process, including stencil printing, solder paste application, SMT, wave-soldering, assembly, and box build.
  • Good knowledge of IPC standards.
  • Familiarity with PCB fabrication processes, layers, designs, and electronics component packages.
  • Able to develop DFx procedures and checklists.
  • Knowledge of PCBA test development processes, such as ICT, FCT, and flying probe tests.
  • Familiarity with DFx tools and hands-on experience in DFM module software, such as Vayopro, Valor NPI, and Solidworks.
  • Knowledge of 3D product designs and simulation of product assembly processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years' experience in electronics engineering, including DFx methodologies, PCBA DFM processes, DFT, and DFA analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
