Job Title: Servotech Renewable Power System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of renewable energy solutions. This individual will play a key role in driving project profitability, quality, and adherence to agreed project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously on process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and other GRCS solutions.
  • Supervise team members at a project level and report to a director or partner on every project.
  • Ensure project profitability, quality, and adherence to the agreed project plan.
  • Assist the Partner/Director in managing risks associated with the projects.
  • Conduct end-to-end Internal Audit, SOX compliance, Internal Financial Control (IFC), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance Risk, and financial, regulatory, compliance, or operational reviews/audits.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Considerable knowledge of accounting principles, practices, procedures, and generally accepted auditing standards.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, or other related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Professional certifications like CA, CFA, or MBA.
