Telecaller Executive Job
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a challenging and rewarding role in the healthcare industry. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups over the phone.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory. The successful candidate should be proficient in MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems, as well as possess strong interpersonal skills and patience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups over the phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability to patients.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/HMIS systems efficiently.
- Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree with good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care.
