  • Maintain >99% collections at the portfolio level.
  • Oversee quality and quantity of sales across the branch network.

**Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree: BA, BBA, B.com & B.sc
  • MBA/PGDM or equivalent post-graduation qualification
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
