Key Responsibilities:

This role involves providing strategic support to the Director & Trustee, encompassing a range of administrative, logistical, and communication-related tasks.

Specific Tasks Include:

  • Coordinating departmental activities and facilitating communication among teams.
  • Scheduling meetings and arranging travel itineraries for the Director & Trustee.
  • Managing the approval process for various documents and decisions.
  • Providing administrative support, including calendar management and appointment scheduling.
  • Screening and prioritizing incoming communications and attending to urgent matters.
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations for the Director & Trustee.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Calendar, Time Zone Converter, Calendly, Adobe, Evernote, Zoom, Cam-scan, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Grammarly.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, high level of discretion and confidentiality, experience in managing multiple priorities, expertise in minutes, proficiency in handling complex travel itineraries, capability to handle scheduling, time flexibility, administrative coordination, and logistics.
