Civil Project Manager Role
Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of complex civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as expertise in project management, budgeting, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of a civil project from initial design to final completion.
  • Liaise with and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources, and monitor procurement activities to control costs.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, monitor construction progress, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure projects meet required standards and specifications by conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control measures.
  • Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards to ensure a safe working environment and legal compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency in civil engineering principles and construction processes.
  • Project management expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment for complex projects.
  • Leadership ability to lead and motivate engineering and construction teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, presenting, and resolving conflicts.
  • Capacity to identify and resolve project-related issues, delays, and technical challenges.
  • Strong analytical thinking to ensure financial viability and strategic implementation of projects.
