Senior Estate Infrastructure Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our construction site's estate and infrastructure.
This role requires a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in estate/facility management at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of civil works, vendor management, compliance, and leadership skills.
The Estate Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient upkeep, maintenance, compliance, and coordination of construction support services, facilities, and estate operations.
The position involves managing vendors/contractors, preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and supervising housekeeping, security, and estate support staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Civil Engineering Background: A degree in Civil Engineering is required, with 5–10 years of relevant experience in estate/facility management at construction sites.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills are essential for this role, as the Estate Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of estate support staff.
- Vendor Management: Strong knowledge of vendor management is necessary, including experience in engaging and supervising vendors/contractors.
- Compliance: The ability to ensure compliance with local municipal, environmental, and safety regulations is crucial.
