System Administrator Role

The System Administrator will be responsible for identifying and solving complex problems across various platforms and services. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work with new technologies and modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance
  • Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of talented individuals and gain valuable management and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in Crowd Strike Antivirus and EDR
  • Diagnose and rectify any virus, malware, spyware problems that can be fixed by the antivirus tool
  • Manage central AV servers, taking precautionary actions in terms of definition file updates and interim solutions released during high alert situations

Preferred Experience:

  • Automation experience, especially IaaS infrastructure as a code
  • Vulnerability management
  • Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
