Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telehealth Services Manager to join our team at Lead Training and Corporate Solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of telemedicine services, scheduling and facilitating patient appointments, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth operation of telemedicine sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of telemedicine services within the organization.
- Schedule and facilitate patient appointments for telemedicine consultations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues with telemedicine equipment and software.
- Ensure telemedicine sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of telemedicine activities.
- Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff to facilitate telemedicine services.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest telemedicine technologies and regulations.
