Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated professionals fluent in both English and Russian to join our US Voice Process team. Candidates must possess a Russian language certification or degree to ensure effective communication with Russian-speaking clients and stakeholders. Additionally, a strong understanding of healthcare workflows is essential to ensure seamless integration with client operations.​
TRAINING PROVIDED BY BOTH INTERNAL TEAMS & CLIENTS
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling: Manage bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and follow-ups to maintain an organized patient flow.​
Insurance Verification: Confirm patient insurance coverage and handle prior authorization requests for treatments and procedures.​
Billing Collaboration: Work closely with billing teams to ensure accurate and timely claims submission.​
Patient Records Management: Maintain and update patient records, provide real-time scribing, and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.​
Patient Communication: Address inquiries, send reminders, and communicate professionally with patients in both English and Russian.​
Telehealth Support: Assist with virtual appointment setups, resolve technical issues, and onboard patients for telehealth consultations.​
Qualifications:
Mandatory: Possession of a Russian language certification or degree, such as:​
TORFL (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language): An internationally recognized certification assessing proficiency in Russian, ranging from Elementary (A1) to Proficiency (C2) levels. ​
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Russian Language: Academic programs focusing on Russian language, literature, and culture, providing comprehensive language proficiency.​
Prior experience in healthcare or hospitality sectors is preferred.​
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.​
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​
Ability to work night shifts aligning with Canada time zones.​
