Job Opportunity: Oracle HCM Payroll Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure fast formulas and payroll costing setups
  • Implement Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management
  • Provide production support for Oracle HCM Payroll
  • Work on project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing

Requirements:
