Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a challenging opportunity? We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our team and play a key role in the management, maintenance, and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for configuring, developing, and troubleshooting various ServiceNow modules, ensuring the platform's optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB), ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Design and implement robust solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
  • Perform regular administration tasks including user and group management, security controls, system upgrades, and patch installations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all ServiceNow configurations, custom applications, and integration points.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
  • Expertise in JavaScript for scripting within ServiceNow (client-side and server-side).
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB) and ideally others like ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and other data exchange methods.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues within the platform.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Additional ServiceNow developer certifications.
