About the Job

This exciting opportunity is for a talented Data Analyst to join our team in India. The role involves performing regression testing to ensure that new changes do not impact existing functionality.

In this position, you will design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements. You will also conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple systems and sources using advanced SQL, Python, and Excel skills.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills who can collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills. They should also be proficient in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality
  • Design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple systems and sources using advanced SQL, Python, and Excel skills
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices
