Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Architect to design and develop cutting-edge BMS (Building Management System) hardware systems for the BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, power electronics, and circuit design. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality BMS hardware systems that meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop BMS hardware systems for BESS domains with optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions to complex use cases.
  • Utilize simulation tools such as P-Spice, Matlab, and Mathcad to drive design decisions.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) to ensure system reliability.
  • Develop and implement Analog Front End circuit designs for Li-ion batteries with precise control.

Requirements:

  • BE/BTech/MTech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 12-14 years of experience in BMS development and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Electronics concepts, Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADCs, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries and PCB layout constraints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Safety Regulatory standards like IEC 61508 and ISO 26262.
  • Experience working with various Sensing Technologies, hardware peripherals, and communication circuit design.
  • Strong understanding of MOSFET driving and Power Supply Design.
