As a Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement and training programs to ensure sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to close deals.

You will work closely with sales teams, technical teams, and design engineers to develop customized solutions for enterprise data centers and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales enablement and training programs

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in existing accounts

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
