#### ** Sales & Business Development**

- **Identify and engage decision-makers** (Procurement Heads, Facility Managers, CTOs, and Infrastructure Heads) at **leading Data Center Operators (STT, Lumina, Colt, Adani, Nxtra, Cyfuture, etc.)**.

- Develop **strategic account plans** to expand our business footprint within target data center operators.

- Drive **end-to-end sales cycles** from lead generation to closure, ensuring **high-value contracts**.

- Build a **strong sales pipeline** for non-IT infrastructure solutions, including:

**Electrical Systems** (HT/LT Panels, Transformers, Busducts, Power Distribution)

**Cooling Solutions** (VRF/VRV Systems, CRAC/CRAH, Precision Cooling)

**Fire Safety & Suppression Systems** (FM-200, NOVEC, Waterless Suppression)

**ELV & Security Solutions** (CCTV, Access Control, BMS)

#### ** Relationship Management & Market Penetration**

- Leverage existing relationships with **Data Center Operators** to **position our company as a trusted partner**.

- Develop **long-term engagement models** with DC operators and **become their go-to resource for infrastructure needs**.

- Work closely with **facility teams, design engineers, and procurement heads** to identify infrastructure expansion plans.

#### ** Revenue & Profitability Growth**

- Achieve **quarterly & annual revenue targets** by closing high-value deals with **hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise data centers**.

- Identify **cross-sell & up-sell opportunities** in existing accounts.

- Drive cost-efficient **solution selling** by aligning with **DC CAPEX & OPEX budgets**.

#### ** Collaboration & Solution Engineering**

- Work closely with **technical teams, design engineers, and project managers** to **customize solutions for data centers**.

- Support **RFP/RFQ responses, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations**.

### **Key Requirements:**

#### ** Industry Experience & Relationship Network**

- **8+ years of sales experience in Data Center Infrastructure (Non-IT: Electrical, Cooling, ELV, MEP)**.

- **Strong relationships with key decision-makers** at **STT, Lumina, Colt, Adani, Digital Connexion, Nxtra, Cyfuture, and other DC operators**.

- **Proven track record** of closing multi-million-dollar deals in the data center sector.

#### ** Techno-Commercial Expertise**

- Strong understanding of **data center power & cooling requirements**, redundancy (N+1, 2N), and compliance standards.

- Ability to **translate technical solutions into strong business cases** for customers.

- Experience in handling **commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract structuring**.
