Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless customer experiences from booking to post-travel follow-up.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish communication with users after booking, confirming details and guiding them through the next steps.
  • Share and update the itinerary and assist with any changes or clarifications.
  • Help customers redeem coupons or discounts and resolve related queries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.
  • Collect post-travel feedback to improve future services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • An empathetic user-first approach with problem-solving attitude.
  • BASIC knowledge of Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
  • Availability to work full-time from our office for 3 months.
