Financial Operations Assistant

The position of Finance Intern offers a valuable opportunity to support the financial operations of our organization.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor outstanding invoices.
- Follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of all invoicing and payment activities.
- Assist with reconciling accounts receivable.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as Finance or Accounting. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also required. This internship provides mentorship and guidance from experienced finance professionals, flexible working hours, and the chance to develop valuable skills in finance and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Excel are highly desirable.
