TPM Lead Professional

Job Summary:

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled TPM Lead to spearhead their Total Productive Maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive excellence in safety, quality, and productivity by developing and implementing effective TPM programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute TPM strategies to enhance overall equipment effectiveness and reduce waste.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve continuous improvement goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to plan and schedule TPM activities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports on TPM progress and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for TPM initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in TPM to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in TPM implementation and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
