Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead our team of data scientists in delivering complex models and addressing business problems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning.

The successful candidate will build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems.
  • Apply expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.
  • Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Requirements

6+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments.

Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning).

Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.

Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus.

Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field from a reputable institution.
