Job Title: Senior Application Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Application Engineer to join our team.

Job Role:

As part of compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), you will participate in the assistance and treatment of incidents reported by RUN IT teams, supervise the support team, ensure the resolution of incidents, and meet contractual commitments (deadlines, quality, cost, etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in incident handling with the aim of resolving them.
  • Respect commitments/SLAs.
  • Support RUN teams.
  • Supervise on-site consultants to satisfy clients.
  • Perform on-call duties according to schedule to intervene outside working hours if needed.
