Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Property Sales Specialist to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting property sales through various advertisement media and listing services.

You will meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals. Your primary goal is to identify their requirements and choice of property.

In this role, you will oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts. You will also coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.

Another key responsibility is to oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals. You will act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.

Your task will involve conducting inspections of properties to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals. Additionally, you will provide periodic reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.

As a Key Property Sales Specialist, you will conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market. You will proffer recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services.

Lastly, you will ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals.
