Job Title: Servicenow Developer

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer to contribute to our development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and be able to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Develop high-quality code, collaborate with product owners, and deliver projects on time.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
Required Skills:
  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementing Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
Technical Expertise:
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
