Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Finance and Accounts function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company's operations, including business planning, cost initiatives, funds, accounting, and budgeting efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and professional expertise to manage the Finance and Accounts function.
  • Oversee all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company's operations.
  • Lead in business planning, cost initiatives, funds, accounting, and budgeting efforts.
  • Ensure accurate revenue accruals, provision of expenses, quarter, and year-end accounting adjustments.
  • Manage vendor pay-outs & MIS.
  • Ensure MSME compliances.
  • Respond to government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance department activities.
  • Plan, develop, implement, support, and maintain financial systems applications.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to details & multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Independent & able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office - experience of spreadsheets and pivot tables.
  • Relevant certifications (CPA/CFA/ICWA) will be an added advantage.
