Technical Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between systems.
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical support for modules, including troubleshooting issues.
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party systems.
  • Participate in transformation projects involving multiple systems.
  • Support reporting needs using BI tools and custom frameworks.
  • Stay updated on releases, enhancements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Workday integrations, EIB, Studio, and web services.
  • Strong understanding of XSLT/XML transformations and integration strategies.
  • Ability to develop and maintain complex interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
