Senior Independent Testing Specialist

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Independent Testing Specialist to lead or participate in moderate to high-risk review activities in a matrixed environment. In this role, you will communicate emerging risks to management within Independent Testing and contribute to large-scale planning related to deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Lead or participate in moderate to high risk or complex review activities and communicate emerging risks to management.
- Contribute to large scale planning related to Independent Testing deliverables.
- Review and research moderately complex potential corrective actions and follow through on reporting, escalation, and resolution.
- Ensure effective testing, validation, and documentation of review activities for risk programs and controls according to standards and policies.
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet Independent Testing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of risk management framework and the risk and control environment.
- 4+ years of experience in Independent Testing, with equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Assist in executing quality control program to evaluate ITV review work adequacy and effectiveness.
- Assist in producing periodic compliance performance reports for ITV leadership, including trend analysis and recommendations.
- Assist with production and deployment of quality control guidelines, tools, and templates.
- Draft summaries of findings, corrective action plans, and recommendations to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000, depending on qualifications and location. Wells Fargo offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
