Leader in Property Risk Management

We are seeking a skilled Property Risk Engineer to join our team. As a Property Risk Engineer, you will play a critical role in identifying and assessing potential risks to properties.
Your primary responsibilities will include performing desktop reviews and risk assessments on loss control topics at location and account level, liaising with underwriting areas to support underwriting activities, and delivering concise, high-quality views of risks in a timely manner.

You will apply NFPA/FM and related safety guidelines, codes, and local standards to determine likelihood of impact to loss mitigation.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in engineering & technology, preferably with specialization in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Automobile / Industrial / Civil. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in technical expertise in various industry sectors/occupancies is required.
You should have strong familiarity in property exposure identification, risk assessments, and loss control adequacy. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with underwriters and other stakeholders.
