Job Title: Content Developer

We are seeking a skilled Content Developer to create high-quality, user-centered documentation for our diverse range of audiences.

This role requires experience in creating clear and detailed technical documentation, structuring content to make it easy for users to find the information they need, and collaborating with subject matter experts to gather technical information.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of documentation tools, experience in RFP/Presales, and familiarity with version control systems and API documentation tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and release notes, as well as organizing and structuring documentation content.

The job requires ability to simplify complex technical content for diverse audiences, knowledge of agile development, and certifications in technical writing are an advantage.

Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
  • Documentation Creation: Write clear and detailed user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and release notes.
  • Content Structuring: Organize and structure documentation content to make it easy for various users to find and understand the information they need.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with subject matter experts like developers and product managers to gather technical information. Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation quality.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company style guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously update and improve documentation as new features are released.
  • Tool Management: Select and manage the appropriate documentation tools and ensure proper formatting and version control.
  • Audience Tailoring: Tailor documentation for various audiences, including developers, system administrators, and end-users.
  • Training Material: Create training manuals, guides, and materials to support internal and external user education.
