Job Description:

As a leading force in the field of artificial intelligence, we are revolutionizing customer engagement by developing an AI-native platform that predicts churn, identifies upsell opportunities, and automates member interaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines to transform raw events into actionable features.

  • Data Pipeline Design: Develop and implement efficient data pipelines to transform raw events into actionable features.
  • Label Definition: Compute labels from historical events to drive informed decision-making.
  • Machine Learning Model Development: Train and deploy ML models using Python (scikit-learn, LightGBM, XGBoost) for tasks such as churn prediction, upsell propensity, and lead scoring.
  • Real-time Inference Services: Build and integrate real-time inference services to serve predictions into production systems.
  • Retraining and Monitoring Pipelines: Establish retraining and monitoring pipelines (Airflow, MLflow, or similar) to ensure model performance and data quality.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in data engineering or applied machine learning.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and one or more ML libraries (scikit-learn, LightGBM, XGBoost, PyTorch).
  • Experience with data pipelines (Airflow, dbt, or custom ETL).
  • Comfortable with event-driven systems (Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse or similar OLAP).
  • Understanding of the ML lifecycle: training, serving, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Ability to design time-based labels and avoid data leakage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to work in a startup environment.
