Role Overview

The Head of Finance at Qrata will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial aspects, ensuring financial health, optimizing performance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. This role involves managing accounting, budgeting, and financial planning functions, as well as ensuring compliance and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead the development and execution of Qrata's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide financial forecasts, analysis, and insights to support decision-making.
  2. Budgeting & Cost Management: Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
  3. Accounting & Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure liquidity and financial stability. Optimize capital structure and funding.
  5. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and other legal requirements. Implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  6. Financial Systems & Processes: Streamline and improve financial systems, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with a track record of leading financial teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, accounting principles, and compliance.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
