Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Assistant Manager to lead our electrical design projects from conceptualization to completion.

  • Lead electrical design projects focusing on DC SMPS based Power Systems and UPS Panels, ensuring seamless engineering solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise to internal and external clients, guaranteeing compliance with IEC 60204-1 & IEC 61439-1-2 safety standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project goals' technical requirements and prepare detailed design documents.
  • Analyze project scope's technical specifications and review engineering drawings and calculations to ensure adherence.
  • Optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) costs and implement quality control practices to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Implement process improvements, develop new product initiatives under Quality Management System guidelines, and collaborate with production teams.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and leverage NPI (New Product Introduction) expertise.
  • Manage project schedules and MIS reports, ensuring timely completion and day-to-day execution processes adhere to quality standards.
