ERP Implementation Specialist

We are undergoing a transformative ERP migration to Zoho One, integrating our industrial and medical gas sales and rentals into a unified digital platform.

The role of Zoho Specialist requires an experienced professional to lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimisation of our new ERP environment in Zoho, ensuring seamless migration from our legacy system.

This position necessitates both technical expertise and practical business process understanding. The specialist will collaborate with and be supported by our team members, who have already initiated the setup process.

  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator for invoicing, AR/AP, inventory management, cylinder tracking, customer management, and more.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as needed.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.
